AgLife Mental Wellness Learning Pathway
Your Guide to Mental Wellness in AgricultureThe AgLife Mental Wellness Learning Pathway is an interactive web-based tool designed to provide essential mental wellness knowledge and practical strategies. The course consists of three series of modules:
- Series 1: Covers six key topics to help you understand mental health and well-being.
- Series 2: Focuses on actionable tools for recognizing and supporting someone in distress.
- Series 3: Examines taking care of your own mental health through recognizing healthy and unhealthy coping strategies, implementing healthy strategies and developing a self-care plan.
The course is self-paced, and each of the nine topics takes approximately three to six minutes to complete, making it easy to fit into your busy schedule.
